The data you provide to Yoga with Chet will be stored securely and will be used for the purposes of administering your enquiries and attendance at yoga classes in accordance with the Data Protection Policy, which is available at www.yogawithchet.com and is in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation, May 2018.

If you make an enquiry about classes, your email address and/or telephone number will be stored safely until your enquiry has been completed. If you change your mind at any time, please inform me that you wish for your contact information to be deleted.

When joining a class you will be asked to complete a Health Declaration form, including your contact details, emergency contact information and a medical declaration.

The information you provide in your Health Declaration form is confidential and will be stored safely in that format whilst you continue to attend classes. Your email address and telephone number may also be stored electronically during this time. It will be deleted within 8 weeks of your last class.

You will be asked to confirm that your email address or telephone number may be used by me (or my representative, in an emergency) to contact you in the event of a class cancellation or to give details of forthcoming classes / information that you have requested or signed up for.

You will also be asked to confirm that your contact information may be provided to the emergency services if you require medical assistance during a class.
