I am so excited to be hiring space from Amour Dance Studio at Merry Hill Waterfront East. This brand new, purpose built, studio is sure to bring joy and fitness to many yogis! It's a beautifully finished studio with amazing mood lights, based right on Dudley's historic canal. I look forward to starting on 18 March. Classes will be suitable for all - beginners, and more experienced yogis. Mats are provided and classes will be different every week. Classes will mainly be hatha vinyasa flow, with the occasional yin influence.
